Eating at German restaurant again This mushroom sauce is INSANELY good I'm also tipsy

Ate at a German restaurant for lunch. Drank an Old Fashioned that's made with the restaurant's beef tallow. Steak tartar, which was amazing. Main dish, pork sausage made with gruyere and scallions. Cheesecake for dessert. Don't have all the pics, was too busy eating.
