Haven't changed much since my first draft. I think Haaland + Bruno is likely going to be the template for me. Betting on Liverpool to do well. Likely WC6. What about you? (current draft)
5/ Nottingham Forest's £5.5m lottery 🎰 One of these could emerge as an incredible value pick: • Omari Hutchinson • James McAtee • Dan Ndoye Glasner's attacking midfield roles have been fantasy gold before. Pre-season minutes will be crucial.
4/ Alexander Isak (£9.0m) 👀 Yes, he's expensive. But Liverpool's opening fixtures are excellent. There's uncertainty around the wide positions, but Isak feels like the safest attacking starter and could be a low-owned premium if the funds are there.
3/ Sunderland's overlooked assets 🔴⚪ Everyone focuses on Arsenal and City in GW4-5... But Sunderland's first THREE fixtures are: ➡️ Ipswich ➡️ Fulham ➡️ Brentford Plenty of opportunity before the fixtures turn. Brian Brobbey (£6.0m) and Enzo Le Fée (£6.0m) both look underpriced.
2/ Harry Wilson (£6.5m) 🇬🇧 Leeds have a solid opening fixture run. Wilson looks set for to start behind DCL come FPL GW1 and should be on: ✅ Corners ✅ Some free-kicks Considering Leeds' aerial threat (and set piece record last season), that's a big plus. - Leeds scored 3rd most set piece goals ⚽
1/ Manchester City's new #10 🎯 Whoever starts in the n.10 role under Maresca could become one of the bargains of the opening weeks ⭐ Rayan Cherki (£7.5m) ⭐ Phil Foden (£7.0m) That role produced huge FPL returns at Chelsea through Palmer, Enzo and João Pedro. Pre-season should tell us who wins it.
