Visiting Nogales, AZ and went to the Pimeria Alta Historical Museum. They had a fascinating exhibit about Henry Ossian Flipper, the first Black graduate of West Point.

The "guerrilla" dance piece in the video from the previous post was called ResistDance, Hungryman Productions. It was staged at the Lincoln Memorial and at the JFK Center for the Performing arts. It has dancers re-enacting the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.

I found this in my memory box from the 1960s when i was a Bluebird ( young Campfire girl). Looking at it now, i can see that it has been my philosophy of life all these years.

Check out this amazing spider i saw today! I put it on iNaturalist as a Shamrock Orbweaver and am waiting to see it confirmed.
