#3Things that bring me joy for WED: Day of Fern & Lavender 1. Audiobooks during yard work. I finally learned how to enjoy them! 2. Having amazing leftovers. For me, it’s bbq’d babybacks and wet burritos 3. Red veined sorrel is my new fave leafy veg. (Well, after arugula.) Beautiful, tasty, healthy.

The Olympics extolled Nadia's perfect 10s; convoys/CB radios took to the road; the Bad News Bears, Seahawks, Charlie's Angels, The Muppets, and Rocky were born; Hotel California dropped; Blondie debuted; nachos and Jelly Bellies were invented!

[3/3] I think gardening and hiking keep me offline enough to make this so apparent. I literally check my socials and there's really very little social about it, tho I enjoy a handful of posts/actual conversations from ordinary people and the occasional meme. Maybe I need to make deeper cuts...
So grateful for rain right now. I've never had to water my gardens so much in June before. And now my migraine will break with the letdown of the rain.
