Baddams actually believes Nintendo's franchise is responsible for inspiring many of the people he works with today. "When I talk to other biologists, or birders, or ornithologists [in their late 20s to 30s], we all played Pokemon as kids," he remarks.

Happy to see this brain spew is getting some love and lotsa folks are on board with the low-spec bandwagon. Wanna highlight the fact that Resident Evil Requiem's producer told me that Capcom persists with iOS ports because they're *bracing for a future where consoles are unviable.* Crazy

"For us, when you think about the future, there might be a time when we might not play on consoles," he said. "There might come a time when maybe people only play videogames on iOS, for example."
