A smattering of my work for #PortfolioDay, I love designing creatures and making funky paintings

A photograph of a framed drawing of a dragon, done in coloured pencil. It is a colourful, medieval wyrm with fanlike wings, eyespots, paws, and a long, serpentine tail with frills. It is overlaid with neon orange drawings of St. George slaying a dragon, taken from old paintings. The dragon in the drawing is tightly coiled, appearing shy and non-confrontational.

Concept sketches of an aquatic beast. It has a long body, short legs, four sensory whiskers on its snout, and large fins that extend over its body like a nudibranch, or ray's. Its mouth is hidden under the fins on its snout, and similar to a squid's beak, but with more teeth.

Concept sketches of sphinxes. They have four limbs and a centaur-like body arrangement, with large, clawed wings in the middle of their torso. Their faces are catlike and noble, with feline noses and fluffy manes.

A montage of in-progress digital sketches. They feature Blaidd from Elden Ring, The Revenant from Nightreign, a three-headed dragon based on a solar eclipse, a silver, metallic dragon with elegant scales, a hideous black-and-white, human-faced vulture-thing, and a one-eyed gnoll.

She's spoiled rotten now and wants for nothing, least of all a gentle hand. Wet food and cheek scratches every single day, multiple warm beds to lie in, and cuddles in my lap whenever she wants them. I hope she knows the only thing I'll ever give her is love

Was looking for typewriters so I could keep writing letters without setting off my carpal tunnel, and took a chance on this "powers on, but is untested" Goodwill find. It works perfectly!

A Swintec 2410 CC typewriter, an electric model with a transparent clear case and black keyboard keys. It has a test sheet of paper in it that reads "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog".
