Protecting Customers as Demand Grows
As part of the decision, we have established a new large-load customer rate class designed to support system growth while protecting existing customers. The new rate class includes binding long-term financial and usage commitments, with a minimum 10-year requirement for large users such as data centers, helping ensure infrastructure costs are paid by the large load customers and not inappropriately shifted to other customers.

Beginning in 2027, we’ll be assigning $11 million annually in low-income program assistance to these large-load customers through a non-bypassable charge — reducing costs for residential customers.

“There,” Marco said triumphantly, “Now you cannot use it as a shield any longer.”
Christopher, blushing from the contact as much as the accusation, made to snatch it out of Marco’s hand, but Marco moved the white silk at the last second. Trying again, Marco lifted it higher, over his own head. Christopher lunged for it, knocking Marco over and landing atop him.
There was one breathless moment, their eyes locked together, bodies touching in so many places and held tense. And then Christopher was kissing him. He didn’t care that he had come up here expressly for the purpose of not giving into this instinct. And from the way Marco was kissing back, his hands sliding inside Christopher’s wide-open collar to grab his neck and the back of his head, Marco didn’t care either.
