i deal with turbo bad invasive thoughts and memories related to my PTSD/GAD. they've gotten worse as i've grown older... until now. months ago, one of my therapists taught me a trick: when the bad memories happen, simply tell your brain "this is no longer useful for me". teach your brain to stop.

I took a normally sealed panel off my chuck e cheese skeeball machine today to get to some wires and found more tickets and tokens!! Most of them are from 1996, so I'm assuming that's when this machine was pulled out of the store. I feel like an archeologist.. archeeseologist. eeehehehhehe. 🐭🍕🍕🐰
