In this episode of Eating My Way Through San Francisco, the best meal I had was in Chinatown at the Hong Kong Clay Pot Restaurant. These pan-fried noodles with braised choy sum greens and flowering cauliflower were to die for! And it’s #vegan so yay! #veganfood 🌱
Saw a lot of these Zoox in San Francisco. They seem to drive more reasonably than the Waymos which careen around corners at speed and do other questionable maneuvers.
Best salad ever: Protein penne, garbanzo beans, red onion, Italian parsley, kale, cherry tomatoes, mild pickled banana peppers, & shredded cheese w/ a creamy tangy dressy of yogurt, chili crisp, agave, olive oil and some of the juice from the banana peppers. All #vegan #veganfood 🌱

I scarfed down this deconstructed taco & had seconds it was so good! Gardein crumbles fried with onion and one of those classic McCormick taco seasoning packets, and topped with vegan cheese and sour cream and some Tapatia hot sauce with tortilla chips on the side to eat it like a dip. 🌱 #veganfood
