This was a few minutes ago. The last video was from 11 pm. at night. It's still going on right now. I can hear it through my walls. My neighbor next to the alarm doesn't care. He has kids. Civil court will eat this shit up so easily.
This is a small reason why there has been shit like this happening for the past year I've lived here. Tenants kicking in doors of other apartments, drug deals, prostitutes doing their laundry in our laundry room, and kids running on roofs.
