Currently reading A History of the Philippines by Luis H. Francia. 🇵🇭 So far, it's a good, accessible starter book for those eager to learn about the PH and those of the Filipino diaspora who want to connect to their heritage. However, keep in mind this edition was published in 2014.

Started watching the newly released Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia. It's a rare historical anime set in Iran (during the Khwarazmian Empire) and the Mongol Empire. As a history lover, the story is a breath of fresh air. The main characters are based on real people in history!

I finally got the official 2026 Knicks NBA Champions patch, so I'm working on sewing it onto my cap to keep it in place. I've never done this before on a hat so my stitches are a little off in some parts 🏀🧢🪡
Spent most of today studying and practicing for the ATI TEAS exam for applying to nursing schools and programs 📝📚 I did pretty well on the full practice exam on Mometrix's website, but my real exam date is scheduled next weekend so I am a bit nervous 😬
