Once the streetcar route is up & and running, I won't have to worry abt this, but part of why I don't love parking at CPKC Stadium, in addition to the cost, is that parking staff can't seem to direct cars into the stalls

I need to know what is happening here

The mockup image from which this closeup derives features no discernible Black people, which adds to the already dire notion that the people in charge here are coming from a place in which Black people are not considered equal or desirable in their business endeavor. IN KANSAS CITY IN 2026. Anyway, The closeup is ostensibly of 3 people sitting at a small table, but the sort-of-woman on the right has a head made up of a pink squiggle or else is wearing a clown balloon hat, and the sort-of-man on the left, who I thought might have been Black until I enlarged it, actually seems to be something I'm not even going to dignify w a noun.
