Not for nothing, but we opened Brigadoon last night at Pasadena Playhouse (stunt coordinator), while I’m staying in a cabin where we could swim Loch Lomond and be home in half an hour. Break legs to director Katie Spelman, new book writer Alexandra Silber, and brilliant cast led by Tyne Daly!
Accidentally saw the Falcon 9 launch from the yard (bottom right to top left). That was something else.
FAULT, by Scooter Pietsch, is funny as hell. At Chicago Shakespeare Theater (now in previews at Navy Pier) with a fantastic cast led by Enrico Colantoni (from everything) and starring Rebecca Spence (The Madison) and Nick Marini (Cobra Kai). Jason Alexander directed and lucky me stunt coordinator’d.
Got out of rehearsal and Navy Pier was closed for the night and covered in fog and that may have been the coolest walk I’ve ever taken in Chicago.
Don’t be jealous, friends. My estate sale game so good I now have Jack Lemmon singing Try a Little Tenderness on Vinyl.
Way back in 2007, I played Rosalind at HERE Arts Center. Directed by Moritz von Stuelpnagel, with Greg Hildreth as Jacques, Dan Amboyer as Orlando, Music by Malcolm Gets. The best of times.
