Had some leftover bechamel and pepperoni from last night so: garbage pizza with random wilted veggies from the fridge

I also picked up some China China (never had, dig it) and a new Calvados. Both are lovely, especially the Calvados. It has the minerality of a nice fruity mezcal, but of course no smoke and a hint of apple. If anyone has cocktail suggestions I'm all ears!
