A milestone worth celebrating 🎉 We completed our last H2020 project, and took a moment to look back on the 28 projects we supported through communication & dissemination. Last week, we reflected on 3 timeless principles that remain essential for effective C&D. Take a look if you missed it 🤓

As one programme concludes and another continues to grow, we are grateful to the many coordinators and partners we have worked with over the years! 🩷 And, we are always looking for new project to enrich as C&D partner.

3️⃣ Dissemination is most impactful when communicators & researchers work closely together. Researchers bring scientific expertise, and communicators know how to reach and engage audiences. Successful dissemination depends on collaboration, exchange, and active involvement from partners.

2️⃣ There is no one-size-fits-all approach. European projects typically engage a diverse range of stakeholders, each with different interests and needs. Tailoring messages, formats, and channels takes time, but it is the only way to create meaningful engagement.

1️⃣ Effective communication starts early and evolves alongside the research. Research projects are dynamic, and communication strategies need to adapt accordingly. Continuous monitoring and evaluation are essential to ensure activities remain relevant and effective.

The past years, we were involved in the communication & dissemination of 28 European research and innovation projects, covering a wide range of topics. While the science differed, some well-established lessons remained as important in our most recent projects as they were in our earliest ones:  👉🧵
