We adopted Obie from a shelter in early November, as a company for our other cat Gato-ichi after Valentine died. She is so friendly, and so cute too. Dainty and soft as a cloud. She loves to settle on my desk.

Today we were missing one player for our Blades '68 game so we cracked open @jmstar.bsky.social's Zhenya's Wonder Tales and played a couple of tales. Everyone greatly enjoyed it!

We’ve been rewatching Star Trek TNG and I’m amazed at how well designer Michael Okuda’s work has aged. Much of the technology shown looks very old now but the LCARS interface panels still look good. Okuda inspired the look of today’s devices.
The simple pleasures in life: new ultra fine nib refill for my favorite pen.
My problem is in fact between the chair and the keyboard. (This is our new cat Obie, we got her from the shelter a month ago.)
