Before it’s too late …. Duncan and Sabrina wish you a lovely #caturday.
Missed the one in the U.S. because we were on holiday but got these cool partial eclipse shadows in the sand.
This was the opposite view. Didn’t make it up there this summer because road to the cabin was closed due to the MN wildfires. But fortunately that view is still there.
We have some here in northern Illinois but joke that they’re our official bird of vacation. :) We see them down by you in Florida, in Mexico, and in far northeast Minnesota, where year after year there’s a nest by the cabin we rent. Thanks for sharing your pics. ❤️
Smart four juvenile raccoons hanging out in the 90 degree heat in our oak tree next to the bird bath full of fresh cold water. #wildlife #illinoissummer #nature
There’s not a single monarch caterpillar, but lots of honeybees are enjoying our butterfly milkweeds.

Might have you beat. I was late to work last week because seven youngsters were exploring the backyard. 🤣
@petersokolowski.bsky.social, per your mention at @acesediting.bsky.social in Atlanta. I’ve spent a lovely rainy afternoon digging into this, my spouse questioning, “You’re laughing at a book about the dictionary?” as I chuckled at a few parts. Thanks for the recommendation!
BREAKING: The Band That Played California Lady backs out of the Freedom 250 concert.
We had seven juvenile gray squirrels playing in our yard today. Cat not happy. 😆
Original grew in my aunt’s garden. Think of her lots but especially these two weeks in spring.
This is a cat check point. Relinquish your most recent cat picture on your phone.
Really @apnews.com? “Could?” You think? Great fucking headline once again.
Mom was across the street in the woods when this young explorer popped up during breakfast.
Today's #BirdOfTheDay theme is #Swans. From the BWCA last summer.
