Needed to scratch that Metroidvania itch so snagged a copy of Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus. The art style feels like a modern, gorgeous love letter to Ōkami. Look at this world #indiegames

Hot take: The Adventures of Elliot on Switch 2 really needed Super Mario Galaxy pointer controls for Faie. Combat would’ve been way snappier. Still, my heart ultimately belongs to the breathtaking artistry of HD-2D. What a blast! 🤩

Monolith Soft operates on another level. The sheer scale of their games is mind-blowing, but their ability to deliver masterpiece after masterpiece at such speed without sacrificing quality is something to behold. All of this (plus Future Redeemed) in just 7 years, let that sink in!
