Sources of stress in #gradschool involve accessing training, varying support and supervision, low salary and no housing provided on campus, acquiring skills (advisors can block students from taking certain classes), managing time and working independently, finding friends, and mentors!
I was an undergrad when he spoke at my college. It was a very inspirational talk, as his family narrowly survived WWII and almost was not reunited with his mother. They immigrated to the US. He earned a PHD from #harvarduniversity in biophysics and worked in the lab of the Notorious James Watson.

As an adult, it is recommended to exercise on a regular basis! I do #ballet -related workouts. No, I have not performed on stage since high school, and don't really care to ever again (or go on pointe), but I love ballet. And it keeps me flexible, strong, and self-regulated.
