What's a good way to drop blood sugar over the scope of like..3-4 hours if I made a dire mistake? I don't see my new doc until August, old one has cut ties, can't afford to fill any drugs until after the move, but I didn't realize 'oatmeal' != 'instant flavored oatmeal' and ate 2 packs for lunch...
