Down to 223! Goal for the cut is 215 then transition into a bulk for the remainder of the summer. Ideally want to get around 225/230 lean. Progress pic from the other day. The lean-out is real.
I also like to keep a smaller list in a private discord channel that I'll update, anytime there's a game that I plan to look at but still under embargo I throw it into the list to make sure I don't forget it. Whole channel is just called "notes" and it's super helpful lol

Someone threw a shit fit about going to the Mothers Day brunch with baby goats so now she gets to nap at the gym instead while the wife enjoys a stress free day.

None of the other dads wanted to step up so I had to fit my ass into an Easter Bunny suit but with my frame it was giving off a serial killer vibes that scared all the little ones. Successful neighbor Easter egg hunt imo 🤣

Jack started having seizures last night and becoming increasingly weak and I've made the difficult decision to put him down. He was over 16 years old and at his age there wasn't much else preventative medicine would have done so we opted to make him comfortable in his passing.

Got some goodies from Dyenamik in the mail! They sent me over their new Ghost jersey along with some playing cards that are themed for Ghost, God of War,and Bloodborne! Poker nights just got an upgrade.
They had knights at the Crimson Desert event and bro told me to go as hard as I could... I might be signing up for Armored MMA now that shit felt so right 🤣
Also, had both of these drop off of one of the last bosses in NG+ so I'm gonna assume they're guaranteed cause getting one for each stance would be wild RNG otherwise.
Had a lot of folks asking about NG+ in Nioh 3. Here's what I've been able to figure out so far. And yes enemies hit much harder.
