RIP David Hockney 🩵 A Bigger Splash 1967 My dad often took my to the Tate in London went from a very young age probably from 3yr old, we could walk there from home. And this particular painting and I would look at and so wish I was there at this house and pool.

Not long pulled up outside my home, and a beautiful occilated lizard is there, he is keeping an eye on me and as soon as I opened the car door he hid in the rocks, last year a couple of these became used of me and I could get fairly close 💚 #wildlife #corbieres #lizard

Managed to get a little closer yesterday and this one is a western green lizard (Lacerta bilineata). Don't think he is fully grown as seen these much bigger 💚.

#corbieres #lizards #wildlife 💚 Took these couple weeks apart definitely two different lizards in same place, I'm not sure if they are Western Green Lizards or Ocellated Lizard (both common in this area). Typical had my proper camara other day, but of course they were not there 🙄.
