A friend is of your opinion, at least about his cars - this one was at an event in Belgravia yesterday. www.facebook.com/reel/3960369...
Happy International Cat Day from Marella and two of her seven kittens.
Our big old snow Bengal was responsible for several sightings of the Beast of Comberton, reported strolling up and down our lane. Yup, that was Jazz.
On ours, the door mounts and parts somehow sagged so that the doors no longer fitted properly. It was a fine little car in its day though. New wishbones are about £350 a pair.
Forty years. But it's only been on the road for the last three, and completely de-snagged for less than one. We bought it in wretched condition.
And if no-one smoked, you painted it yellow anyway. This is Bramble, circa 1974.
Ours too. We have an old bread box for the milk delivery, because the local tits have re-learnt the skill of pecking through the lids, and have likewise been putting a freezer block in the box. NB Our house used to be the village dairy so we occasionally dig up vintage bottles in the garden.
Same with our Foxglove - a forced foster fail because her biting meant we couldn't safely rehome her. She never bites my husband, whom she adores, but she got into a pattern of biting me when I did something she didn't like (e.g. reaching across her) when she was in the pen and I'm not trusting her.
Hmm - we have a fan directly in front of the cool air to whisk it further away - do you think that is sufficient? I should note that this is in our outdoor cat pen - we foster for Cats Protection - the humans only have fans. But cats don't sweat except from their paws.
Gracious. The loud, low, aircraft over us just now was a B-17. Photo from Jetphotos via Flightradar24.
Michael Potts's photo here - taken when most of us would have been running away. petapixel.com/2022/07/11/f...
Just been reminded of this very woke sky over my house a year ago.
I like a nice clean yellow. Our Piper could have been no other colour.
Milan. It's one of the best-designed small museums I've been too. British car museums can never resist cramming in as many cars as possible, which has a different sort of charm.
Ah, garden wildlife. This peaceful duet in my garden right now.
