Lil` baby UPS shelf is complete. I just need to hide the wires in the back a bit more, make a bridging adapter for the large to the XXXS shelf, and I'll be happy.
Finished repairing my original handwired keyboard and (poorly) cutting the dowels for my UPS stand. I'm not sure what else to really do for my desk after this point.
How about I don't, @discord.com. I have a grandfathered plan that renewed during the chaotic mess you made, and I'm fine with the benefits that offers, which you've done a great deal of work making it less and less honored over time. I already have something, fuck off with your offers.
One of the people who insisted I "get over VRC" is now throwing a party, forwarded an invite, and... Is the TOS a joke on VRChat, or is it just a suggestion at this point? Nice to know it's just a place to get wasted and demonstrate mocapped alcohol poisoning. To think I applied to work there...

While my internet was out, I decided to give my Steam backlog some love. I knew what I'd be up for with doing this for a low-cost target... but getting that last part took me a good 30 minutes of head banging to figure it out. Also, the fact that this did appear on my KDE desktop is impressive.
New desk setup. Backlights installed and printing out the case for the ESP32 control board. I use Arch, btw. And yes, thanks to Proton 11.1, transparent backgrounds seem to be working on On-Together, so maybe more fixes will come out for other systems.
A bit of a question: I've been sitting down and deciding I want to just focus on porting some avatars over... but I kind of like the HUD menu system I used on this port. I know most people are used to the radial menus on VRC and Resonite and can make both happen, but I'm curious what people think.
Slowly redoing the wiring and reorganizing my desk. Desk drawer is lined up with Gridfinity bins and finished assembling Workshop Hero's modular desk shelf.
No problem! Any idea how long Zeffy takes to process? It has already cleared on the bank side of things, so just trying to make sure it arrives to you with no issues.
3D printer is still acting weird, but I can learn to goof with this cheap ESP32 display in the meantime.

Is this what playing RE4 is like? Anyway, trying to make progress with organizing my desk with the help of GridFinity. Granted, I had to dismantle my 3D printer because it got clogged something fierce, but oh well... that's what I get for having an Ender 3...

I've been doing this kind in Resonite of thing for years, but I'm also VERY happy to see a more native solution than the hacky approach I had to come up with. Hopefully the buffered latency issue can be partly addressed for local access, which would be fantastic. This example is from 2022.
I've been doing something similar to this for awhile, but Froox's version is FAR easier to work with. For reference, this was 4 years ago and was visible to everyone.
Okay, this was neat. I had to renew my login for boot.dev, and then this cropped up.
Okay, my back hurts after doing this all day. But I'm pretty happy with the results on the garden. I still have to repot the tomatoes, but I am donig that later. Pulling the poison ivy and diging up the old dirt was enough work for me today.
I've been getting into gardening and landscaping. I combined it with 3D printing to help build accessories and other finishing touches. It's like a real life idle game at this point.
Why are these puppies growing so damn fast?! Also, I am really happy with the wood stain. It's shiny.

This was all a year prior to him passing away in 2024. I had received the static sprite art for confirmation, but had no idea there were actual animations. I had also left out any updates about his health since I had no idea what role they would potentially have and didn't want to alter it.
So, sadly, a Kickstarter project for a game ended up getting canceled, which was initially sad to hear until I read about the assets for the project being released so people can review what had been completed. Inside this archive, I found Ascot, the character I had backed based on the real Ascot.
I may lower the height by rotating the blocks. Otherwise happy with the stained wood benches.
Still working on my setup, but I did print out some adapters to put solar lights from my destroyed carport on top.
