I think this is the setup my local arcade had for 4 player Cadash. My local arcade always had the hottest, most obscure stuff. Every time I listen to some podcast and guests say they never saw X cabinet...I'm just like, yeah I played it at the Methuen Mall Dream Machine in the '80s/'90s.
