Wait they kinda look like quince seeds!

Made muffins for the first time on Sunday. Blueberry distribution was a bit spotty but they were delicious so 🤷🏾‍♂️ Not bad for my first attempt!

6 jumbo blueberry muffins, buttered and cooling in the pan on the stove. The tops are cracked and golden brown.

Picture shows one of the muffins on a white plate, sliced top to bottom. The crumb is tender and fluffy. It seems as though all of the blueberries in the batter found their way into the remaining muffins as there are only 4 blueberries shown in the muffin on the plate. The 5 remaining muffins can be seen in the background.

I know a Remastered version dropped in 2016 but it mostly focused on stability issues. I think we could see some really cool content come from an update.
