There's a log of legalese there .. so I found another article about it .. One concern was 2 more ballots than voters in the poll book. This can happen if the poll worker forgets to finish after validating the voter. In our district we periodically ensure these match.
I do agree he is a sucker for flattery, but the image of him coming out of that private meeting with Putin, slumped shoulders and dejected .. didn't look flattered to me

When you're playing with recording video and a rain storm is just coming thru .. if you stop it at the moment of impact, you can see the red flash where it exploded out of the tree!!!
