Sera Lachi (all the monks of Sera Je & Sera Mey Monasteries) joined in prayers in the main gompa and offered the Namgyalma Buddha puja, and the Drukchuma puja ten times, dedicated to the long life, health, & protection from all obstacles of the whole FPMT family & all beings on Chokhor Duchen.
Before leaving for their Geshema examinations, the Kopan nuns came to pay their respects to Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s kudung and recite The Names of Manjushri.
Robes offered to Shakyamuni Buddha in the Mahabodhi Temple on Saka Dawa. In order to purify my mind, I offer an exquisite precious garment, Multicolored like Indra’s variegated bow, That when touched becomes the cause of bliss May I be adorned with the holy garment of patience.
Gyudmed Monastery are reciting the Guhyasamaja Root Tantra for the benefit of all beings. About the Guhyasamaja root tantra - at the time its meaning enters the ears, at that place the precious doctrine of the Buddha is said to abide there also.

In July 1990, Lama Zopa Rinpoche composed this poem to be displayed in the office of Karuna Hospice in Australia. It can be downloaded and displayed at any hospice.

Wrapping up the huge thangka of Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) that is 75 feet (23 meters) high & 87 feet (27 meters) after the amazing Bum Tsog (Guru Rinpoche 100,000 Tsog offering) offered annually. The thangka is joyfully & carefully taken off the scaffolding & rolled up for next years offering.
Most precious recitation of the Prajnaparamita sutra happening in Gyudmed Monastery today on Lhabab Duchen. Lama Zopa Rinpoche explained that the beginning of the Prajnaparamita sutra is called “mother” because all the past, present, & future buddhas have been born from this perfection of wisdom.
