I side-eye a lot of self-righteous mentions of Boomer wealth, because once someone suggests that wealth isn't evenly distributed and "senior" isn't a synonym for rich, the conversation ends up here. I'm not interested in doing the just world fallacy for poverty.

If people choose to sqander income, breed beyond their means and ignore risk management, they can live with the consequences. Get a roommate; don't cry to me. I was frugal & reaping the rewards.
