Well I bought a garment steamer for the first time ever. I’ve always been a stickler for well press clothes and I’ve held out long enough. It’s very sexy looking and it comes with its own glove that it’s stored in. I will give it a whirl on the weekend.

Ok I think I’ve decide on 5 cm with a black mesh so it ‘disappears’ but should it have a black frame or the cream/beige candlebark colour the same as the house? AI mock up. The garage door will be red with charcoal black trimmed windows
Im putting mesh on the part of the garage enclosure that opens onto the garden. It’s for making the garage secure when the garage door is installed (goes on left)The aim is to still get light, air &see the garden . Which size mesh looks best. This is the view from the front door.

The scarf ring formerly had a coloured rainbow stone in it that lost its sparkle due to the silver back deteriorating. I replaced it with this Chanel charm & had a jeweller fit it. The Chanel charm is real but it’s not the $10K variety it’s a $50GWP but I think it looks fabulous
I’ve just got my mums mid century glass pearls back from the jeweller after having the back closing chain repaired and the beads cleaned gently. I’m so happy 😀 the vintage pearl earrings I picked up last week for $7 match perfectly. The scarf ring was also restored 1/

I absolutely love this jojoba oil it’s actually a liquid wax ester but it’s the closest botanical match to our nails and skin. It absorbs quickly & isn’t at all oily &it’s fabulous for your nails including toenails. A little goes a long way and it’s a daily routine for me now. ♥️

Op shopping joy. The blush pink vase is a great shape for my dried 🇦🇺 native flowers. Not expensive but a gorgeous shape & the ribbed glass sweets dish reminded me of an identical cake plate with the same type of ribbed glass and stand that smashed. It was my favourite 😻
I was up picking bread from my favourite sour dough bakery when I stopped in at my favourite vintage store right next door and look what I found on the way out! These gorgeous warm aged pearl style screw on earrings. The warmth in the stones is amazing & beautiful 😻
