Trauma survivors don’t struggle because they’re “not trying hard enough.” They struggle because their nervous & endocrine systems have been stuck in “EMERGENCY ON” mode for YEARS - and ANY machine that redlines for that long is gonna break down.
“Suck it up” doesn’t fix that.
