New preprint. In S. sanguinis, a C5a peptidase-like protease (ScpH) polymerizes along eDNA, turning it into a catalytic biofilm scaffold. Great work from @robinanger.bsky.social in our lab, with Pelicic lab @lcbofficiel.bsky.social www.biorxiv.org/content/10.6...

Yes !! London is the worst city on earth. Lived there for 6 years, Always a nightmare when I have to come back.
@iecb.bsky.social fête la science. Atelier fluorescence, cryo-microcopie électronique et extraction d’ADN par des membres de notre équipe.
I spent a week in London. It's been six years since I last went there! It's still an amazing city. I will never get bored of it!
This is very interesting ! And somehow frightening. HAL 9000 (from 2001 space odyssey) is not very far…
The results of the demo of the MINFLUX on our samples were stunning. It is unlikely that we will get such a system in the short term, but the good news is that we are ready for some proper high-res SMLM fun !
Back from #ETOX2025. Great science. Great people. Great location. It was good to see old friends and meet new people.
Busy busy in our microscopy room @iecb.bsky.social MINFLUX demo CryoCLEM and conventional FLM
C'est donc ça qu'on appelle Pâques au tison Ressenti 5°. Je confirme !!!
