LIFE IS STRANGE: REUNION (2026) I’m debating calling this my favorite entry in series, but I really fucking enjoyed it. Max & Chloe’s reunion is perfect & while I had my problems with the endings, I still cried my eyes out during them… 11 YEARS SINCE “BAE OR BAY” TRAUMA WAS REOPENED & HEALED!

LIFE IS STRANGE: DOUBLE EXPOSURE (2024) It’s my list, I’m counting games. I haven’t had the energy for large story driven games recently, but I made an exception cause I love the LIS series. It isn’t my favorite entry, but I did enjoy Max’s return & vibed with the story & gameplay.

It still kinda unnerves me how close my actual parents were Violet’s parents in both films. Like legitimately the only difference between the 2 was my stepmom wasn’t white & my father isn’t a dedicated car salesman

THE FANTASTIC FOUR: FIRST STEPS (2025) Vibed I guess? Like it’s not bad, but it feels like a sorta “ok” burger. The story feels rushed, the characters in my opinion don’t get enough time, & even though it’s well made, I just feel like this shouldn’t have been the 1st MCU FF film.

DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN SEASON 2 (2026) Vast improvement on season 1, Cox & D'Onofrio killed it once again. Bullseye turned out to be my fav character this season. My only issues were the still prevalent cop-aganda & I’m still not a personal fan of Heather’s trauma turning her into Lady Muse.

WAKE UP DEAD MAN: A KNIVES OUT MYSTERY (2025) This might now be my favorite entry in the series yet. Its religious themes tied to the idea of forgiveness had me by the ending contemplating my own personal shit. I’m not Christian, but if you are, please take after father Jud.

CHEF (2014) Honestly, one of my favorite comfort films. It’s just genuinely well made all around. Considering this was because Marvel screwed Favreau on Iron Man 2, so he made this to bounce back creatively, I’d say it was worth it. Just don’t watch on an empty stomach

MONARCH: LEGACY OF MONSTERS SEASON 2 (2026) The best human story in the Monsterverse by far! Multiple emotional moments for me, retconned & expanded a prior character into being the most tragic of this universe, & finally RODAN CONFIRMED! GIMMIE SAPPHIC CATE/MAY + RODAN S3 NOW!

E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL (1982) This happens to be the favorite film of one of my partners, & I officially understand why. It’s wholesome, it’s cute, it’s beautiful, & it’s a bit of a tearjerker in the end… now I wanna watch the 2002 special edition out of morbid curiosity.

JURASSIC PARK (1993) VIBED! Revolutionary movie, Laura is great, Jeff is hot, & Sam Neil is a Twink, they should’ve been a poly~ I’ll always mourn that because of how successful this was, realistically we won’t get an accurate horror adaptation of the book anytime soon.

So maybe I crashed out a little too hard at the tour guide & ended up in the Popping Ward🫐🫟 The desert course was still worth it though…

WILL & HARPER (2024) Rewatched this back on Trans Day of Visibility, and once again, this is just a really nice and sweet documentary to watch. Genuinely, it brings a tear to my eye every time I watch it. Vibed~🏳️‍⚧️✊✨

MADAME WEB (2024) OK, hear me out. This is a bad movie, but if early 2000s horror slop is your thing, watch it like it’s a PG-13 Final Destination rip-off with a spider-themed slasher that actually came out in 2003, it kinda works. Again, it’s bad, but it’s kinda a weird vibe.

SPAWN (1997) (UNRATED CUT) Honestly, I kinda vibed here, It’s a bit generic, but not bad in my opinion. There was a lot of effort & passion, the practical effects are fantastic. If it was just rated R from the start, this could’ve been decent, but for now it’s just a bit underwhelming.
