Recently, @bsky.app started allowing up to ten images per post, up from four. We received reports that posts with more than four images didn't show up on the art feeds. We rolled out a fix yesterday, and now all posts with one or more images are displayed in the art feeds. Thanks everyone! :3

Wow! It feels like I blinked and we crossed 25,000 furries on BlueSky! After MFF, there's been a bit of a bump in new furs joining the site, so I thought I'd go back over what FurryList is and what we do! Feel free to share this with your fellow furs :3 1/?

And just like that, 20,000 furries on the feeds! This is a huge milestone, when I joined the site there was less than a hundred of us. It’s amazing seeing such a positive community here compared to the other place. I owe a lot to the great team helping me out with all this! Much love, ~ @ottr.sh
Oh ~ and a reminder to the rest who use the feeds! It's possible to "like" them and this increases discoverability for the feeds, making it more likely that new furs will stumble upon them! You can like a feed by opening it and then hitting the heart! (It also gives the whole team a lil headpat)
With Twitter's issues the past day, there's been a surge of new furs joining the site - pushing us over 19,000 last night!! I imagine there's a tonne of furs who don't know about FurryList and the furry feeds, so I'll pop some info in this thread to share with your fellow furs! ~ @ottr.sh 1/?
Hey furs! Quick reminder on alt texts :3 Alt texts are descriptions for images uploaded to the site, these allow your content and the site to be enjoyed by those who are visually impaired. You can provide an alt text by hitting the "alt" button on an uploaded image in your post! 1/2

A week later? Over 2000 new furs have joined the feed taking us to 17,200 in total! It's been awesome seeing so many new faces around! Don't forget to let new furs know about the feed and following us to show up in it! I'll put some graphs in the replies for those who like their data! ~ @ottr.sh

😳 The growth of BlueSky the past few days has been insane. The below chart shows the "rate of events" (e.g how many posts/likes/replies/reposts occur per second) for the past 14 days. BlueSky as a whole is nearly at 100 per second, mad to think FurryList started when this was less than 5 per second!
