Brazil made major progress there, especially under Lula starting in 2003.
Was there any slowdown in the view that China was running massive current account surpluses from 2009-2020 when Chinese surpluses were not large? My recollection is the critics kept it up like it was still 2006. From Brad Setser. NB that Trade Wars are Class Wars was published in May 2020.....
It's both (and this is part of the Ezra Klein "Everything Bagel" critique, that US Dem policy tries to do too many things at once and so is untargeted and often ineffective). See here www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-roo...
It doesn't say that an attack on the US armed forces is in itself a national emergency. It says that a national emergency is one case where the President can act without a declaration of war or statutory authority.
Is that right? There's no declaration of war, statutory authorization, or national emergency by an attack on the US or its territories. avalon.law.yale.edu/20th_century...
There's no way to tell from one IDF image that one was "visibly uninjured". You really just believe IDF propaganda unquestioningly, just like for Al-Shifa. IDF has been caught redhanded filming multiple takes of their propaganda videos. Hiding rifles in underwear? really?
Israel built a tunnel network under the hospital in 1983. From the leftists at Tablet Mag. www.tabletmag.com/sections/new... The command center is supposed to be underground underneath Building 2 (not in the MRI room), any leads on that?
