When family’s try to visit there loved ones they sneak a wave to us there so afraid of ice but it gives them comfort to know we’re out side working for them .
Burlington, Massachusetts at the ice detention center,last week was one year of protesting through rain, snow freezing cold temperatures harassment by towing cars ,trumpers insults we keep growing as we fight for due process, clean and safe conditions and humane treatment.
People are so busy trying to make a living, sometimes we think there not concerned about the war and all the terrible changes in our government but today thousands of young families came to the protest,young single adults , there listening!
Maura Healey, Massachusetts governor,we talked for a minute and I asked her if she would mind taking a picture with me ,sure she said so as usual I could not work the camera so I gave her my phone and she took the picture . Gov Healey is very down to earth and likable she has my vote.
Today’s protest ,I walked to every entrance and people were pouring in the common and the gardens I am so proud to be an American
