This glaze came out super nice. Based on JDB144 on Glazy but with local ingredients and some subs, dropped cobalt so it came out different but very very lovely results. Not so sure about the outside (just commercial glaze) but its not terrible. Will be making a larger batch of the interior.
First few test pieces came out okay! Definitely need more freehand practice tho haha. Not sure how durable the glued on back pin will be but guess I’ll find out!
Finally got around to finishing SOMA. A bit clunky, but also fun and interesting.
A pretty but frustrating glaze? These all in theory have the same glaze components. Primarily nepheline syenite, talc, kaolin and iron oxide. Two are glazed from the same batch of glaze! Yet they all look different and i still havent been able to nail down why yet. If its a firing thing i'll cry.
Was playing with copper, chrome and iron glazes last week to get this lovely batch of green and black pots. #ceramics
The greens came out nice but i should have gone way thicker on the white glazes and recheck my mixes
Huge haul this week due to the firing schedule getting backed up a bit!
More and more AI tools are going usage based and the price shock is incredible.

Also that black one is using this iron glaze i mixed up. And I’ve never gotten the same result from it every time I have used it! These three pots are all the same glaze formula just different batch ages!
Part of this week's pottery haul. A bit underwhelmed by the underglazes but the rest came out nice. The black one shouldnt have come out glossy but it came out SO shiny! The white peeking through the blue glaze looks great.

Big pottery haul this week since the studio got a bit backed up in firings.
Skogdal would be a pretty ok deckbuilder adventure game BUT it's entirely hand drawn and takes place in a tiny Nordic town and I'm being menaced by insane locals like guy without a shirt, bird ladies, sleazy dude etc. Its great. Soundtrack rocks. store.steampowered.com/app/2452820/...
Finished another commission! Fun one to work on, lots of textures and forms to play around with.
The figurine is all done! Theres a tiny bit of cracking along the seam where i halved it to hollow out but otherwise i cannot complain!
