#TaffyCooks🍳 6 on the left are the ones fried on med heat for 2-3 mins per side. The rest were on med-low for 3-4 minutes per side. They still look overcooked??? Maybe next time I should try halfway between med-low & low for 3-4 minutes per side? Haven’t tasted em yet cause I’m still battling smoke.

#TaffyCooks🍳 FORGOT MY TAG! Anyway… 1st pic is the pieces cooked on medium heat that started burning barely 2 minutes in. I reduced the heat to med-low for batch #2 & am cooking them 3-4 minutes per side. They look a lot closer to what I want.
