The cilantro!!! It's alive!!!!! I still don't have high hopes for this experiment, but I now have a little planter box with lots of little cilantro sprouts like this!! I genuinely can't think of the last time I grew something from a seed, even this much alone feels exciting and rewarding lol
every now and then I remember that I actually really like cooking (I just hate washing dishes and unfortunately that is an inevitable part of cooking). yesterday I made a lil batch of beans and today I got a lil fancier and even toasted my burritos :3

apparently this very normal person who told me to stop talking to them and blocked me is STILL stalking my account, as they've added me to a new list after I pointed out they assumed my gender. Truly normal behavior that definitely does not fall under "actually insane" or "harassment"
I tried to make pickled red onions tonight, they need to sit overnight but they seem good so far!! I also used a mandolin for the first time so overall some very exciting progress over here
