A small aside: I'm surprised to hear that Dave McCarthy, who is corporate vice president of Xbox product services, is retiring. McCarthy heads up the company's trust and safety work, which he discussed at an event in Brussels less than five weeks ago (and caught a red-eye flight to attend).
