Recently I realized that I've pretty much never created a monstrous reptile that isn't a dragon. I have one design from way back when that technically isn't a dragon, but it still looks like one, so I don't count it. So I wanted to create something new and unique. (1/8)

But eventually I settled on giving the creature a visible dome on its skull that houses the brain. I imagine the brain got pushed upwards as the creature's nasal cavity was getting more robust as it evolved its fire-breathing capabilities. Here's a breakdown of the design: (4/6)
Bf 109 is one of my favourites, but dragonifying this plane was rather difficult, because it doesn't have overly distinctive features. Or so I thought until I noticed the extra air intake on the left side of its engine cowling. This got me thinking... (1/6)

P.S. This plane was suggested by C.M. Kosemen some time ago on Twitter. I tried to finish this design earlier, by I struggled too much with poses and proportions. Here are a couple of early sketches: x.com/cmkosemen/st...
Anyway, here's a breakdown of the dragon's design: The cockpit is obviously the key aspect of this plane. Once again, I thought that another, smaller dragon being attached to the wing was the right idea. The tailfins resemble the horizontal stabilizer's shape. (4/6)
