Hima-Ten! Trying to juggle the multiple romantic interests and give each screen time in respect to the main/titular character's wasn't exactly handled the best, and honestly felt like a story that could have been edited down to fewer volumes. It was a fun read though, the epilogue was,,, fine? 6.4
Blue Box Really highlights the need to continue the story after the main duo get together or even make their relationship public, the normalcy of being together inside and outside of school or their respective sports. Some of the side-arcs weren't handled the best and a little forgetful. 6.7
The Interview with the Vampire (1994) From what I've read of the book and experienced from the show, Brad Pitt would have made a better Lestat than a Louis, and they somehow whitewashed a story set in the late 1700s. Too condensed to properly flesh out the time the vampire duo spent together. 6.9
Behind Her Eyes - Season 1 A semi-decent romantic thriller that gets kneecapped by a twist that was unfortunately foreseeable from the 2nd-3rd episode. A good performance by Simona Brown and Eve Hewson that gets bogged down by some story decisions that are optically pretty bad. 6.3
The most pathetic girl in existence is about to send this to her partner with the caption; "Us", and you're goddamn right it's me-
Find you someone who matches your freak,,, or is completely normal/average in every aspect.
Zero Time Dilemma Trying to be extremely ambitious with the style and presentation of your game, and then trying to tie all that into a story-sense with your budget being as small for the scale you want to reach for. I've gotten emotionally invested in these characters, of course I'll cry... 7.7
Zero Time Dilemma asks the questions no-one wants to confront; what if a Layman was inserted into a room of people who wont stop talking scientifically or esoterically.
If I choose to go further into Zero Escape, I'll have to play Zero Time Dilemma next. If I choose to go further into Danganronpa, I'll have to play Ultra Despair Girls next.
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair When you have as strong characterization as this franchise is expected to have, you gotta build a world on top of that foundation and whoever was in that writer's room just said; "Bet." Crank the vibes from THV to 11 and try and hope-pill these moody teenagers. 8.7
True Detective - Seasons 1 - 4 Pairing with the poster of my favourite season, each installment tends to follow a societal and culturally based story that's been dropped right in the middle of the supernatural or the very personal. Most to Least Favourite is; 3 - 1 - 4 - 2. 7.6
Widow's Bay - Season 1 If you're going to underscore your horror with comedy, make it as absurd and jarring to the point where it adds to the eeriness of the atmosphere. Haven't laughed harder at set-gags or gotten goose-pimples from something as simple as bell tolls in a good bit. 7.8
No, please don't show me the art of you with Sans. It disturbs me on an atomic level.
The amount of times I could take a screenshot like this within this game. S-Tier Character, I understand Tumblr now.
Two Monokuma?! (Monokumai?) Next you'll be telling me there's gonna be an army of them, second pic unrelated.
