Agreed. And cherry and grape tomatoes do well in large patio pots. Peppers too.

Grow your own if you can, buy local and seasonal (they don't grow in cold climates, so eat seasonally), join a community garden, or create a neighborhood share group. Btw grape and small tomatoes are easier to grow, in containers and have longer growing season.
