Wow, there are a lot of new anime to check out this season and this is just the crunchyroll stuff.
All this new Tenchi stuff makes me want to go back and polish up the 3d models I made. Anyway the Kickstarter for the new one has started.
With the new Ghost in the Shell coming out I've been seeing a lot of talk about how all 3 versions of the Major are great and I'm like "what do you mean ALL 3?" But to be real I watched like 1 episode of Arise so I have no idea if this version of her is good at all.
Time to update the image. - Red X's are for closures - Blue circles for mass layoffs - and I want to emphasize that going indie or being sold off presents all new forms of financial instability so those are not exactly positive either.
He actually just says they are laying off MOST of the destiny team. The actual number of layoff is going to be ridiculous.
I tried a bunch of stuff for shading hair but I think my favorite look actually just came from emulating the old PS2 method of making a really simple texture and manually setting up the UVs over it. Hours of messing with color ramps and drawing straight on the model thwarted by one 256x256 texture.
It's been a long time since I edited this that now looking back at the folder of images used is at least mildly confusing.

it's annoying that this is seemingly the first way to buy "Who Am I?" in the US since the original DVD release and it's $220. These are all really old at this point why are they charging $36 a movie?
