February ➡️ June. Gym 5x a week. I feel a huge difference and can currently bench a plate 35 and squat two plates 🫡 weighing in still at the same weight at 237 pounds and a standing height of 6’2”. Feels nice to see progress. Here’s to another 4 months 💪🏋️♂️
