Final legs - we’ve done the train to Vienna, now waiting for a flight to Stuttgart, then another to Heathrow. Result aside, that was a brilliant weekend in Budapest. Great city, and the final was incredibly well organised in a very impressive stadium.
It seems every plane at Luton is full of Gooners. Budapest is going to be red!
I was at Villa Real in 2006 where we scraped into the final thanks to a late Lehmann penalty save. That was special but last night was probably the best night of the Emirates era. Doing it at home with that incredible, relentless support was spine tingling. So happy, so proud.
