"Stanley:Not my Cat" is visiting. I felt something at my foot..Stanley. Then he trilled while striking handsome poses, I gave in and opened the door. He is enjoying a snack and Gracie is NOT amused.

My feet propped on metal grating of the firepit. Stanley the Grey tom cat with whit mittens is licking my heel. I was scrolling on my phone and thought a bug was on my foot, nope.

Stanley:Not my Cat a grey stripped tom with white paws strikes a pose on a weathered green deck rail.

Gracie the calico spies Stanley : Not my Cat having a snack at her dish in the cabin. She is peering from the sunroom into the main cabin.

That's my favorite spot and has a great view. That's where I was sitting in the water a couple days ago. It has a good deep pool to sit. View at water level while cooling off.

It is getting tense on the deck. On one side of the fire pit,Gracie. She is strategically placed under my legs guarding..on the other side, "Stanley Not My Cat". He is chirping and wants to come closer for ear rubs. Hahaha

Lawn mowed,weed whacked, and some brush cleared before it rains.I enjoy cooling off in pools and lakes but let me say, stripping down,cracking a beer, and sitting in a stream is lovely.

My daughter and friends came yesterday, had cabin time, and lived their best lives while I was working. I was cleaning up after their visit and found this dapper fellow waiting in bed for their return. THIS ISN'T OUR CAT! Hahahaha, he didn't want my company and went to the door.

Probably because if the bogs and moss all the water filters through. I've never seen it cloudy from sediment. Pollen on the other hand is making water cloudy. Lol There is a red hue from the iron content because of the geology if the region but the water us clear. Super clear at ice out in May.

A happy little cabin in the woods with a fat kitty. It ain't much but it is mine. :)

Gracue the calico kitty walking towards me. The cedar log cabin and sunroom off the sude,both grooves civered in green metal. The sun is setting through tall evergreens.

Looking down the driveway. My kayak and canoe sit on saw horses. My black pick up blocks the cabin view. The sun is setting beyind it all.

I started the morning with streamside coffee which turned into lakeside coffee. Then spent the morning taking pictures with the SEEK app. Trying to clear picture challenges because I'm avoiding the Whoopie Festival traffic in town. Hahaha

Yes, it can get out easily. The window screen is about halfway up. It climbs the space between the screen and window. The little bugger is still sleeping. I'd say it will climb out at dusk.

Find the cat, Miller edition. Haha! It makes me laugh how she refuses to step outside October to June and then...Forest Chonk: Guardian of buttercup and forget-me-nots. :

Overgrown grass sprinkled with wildflowers edged to the forest. Just a touch of white to the middle left of the picture gives away the calico cat.

A zoomed shot of the last picture with the calico kitty barely visible in the lush green wild growth. Ferns, buttercups,and blue forget-me-nots are part of the growth.

Awoken at 4am by scratching noises. This little cutie is between the window(doesn't open sorry for not being cleaned) and outside screen. I haven't seen it since last summer. Welcome back and enjoy the mosquito buffet.
