36’ | 2 - 1 Goal Timbers! Cole Bassett goal off a Velde corner. And in 1981, it was a Brian Gant Goal that saved him from having to stand all 90 minutes in the rain atop a snag, as Jim vowed to stay up there until the Timbers scored.
