This thing is holding on to me for dear life. We were out late last night (rip my eardrums) and naturally she assumed I was leaving her forever ever. She even waits for us in the upstairs window while we're out like a sad Victorian ghost and then runs to meet us at the door.
Same family! Mints tend to grow more geometrically and have more shallow/sharper edges on the leaves &rounder stems, catnip a little more random and round with square stems. And catmint is a whole other nepeta but usually has smaller leaves and doesn't really affect cats. Best ID is to smell it 😅
