I am finally getting to work on to work on the custom Diamond Painting I got of my dog. T-T I got the kit from Heartful Diamonds and it turned out so nice. I am very impressed. I'd show a full photo but anxiety got me. Lol. (More info in reply.)

Finished my $10 Amazon Kit. I think it turned out pretty well for the price, but I could definitely tell the quality difference. Lol. Another Dimond Painting complete!

Doing a budget kit I got on Amazon while waiting on more storage (went to kit up my Ever Moment and realized it had way more colors than I had trays. Oops.). I am reminded how much faster and easier rounds are. Lol. But squares have a really satisfying click when they snap together. Both good.

Six Minigem Diamond Paintings complete! They were from Forever Young and I loved how they turned out. :D

2 of 6 Forever Young Minigems complete! I am getting the hang of multi placing squares. And the straightening tool helped. Lol. I now have a stash of diamond paintings and it is my goal to get though them before I hobby shift again. XD

Michaels had their Halloween Diamond Painting kits out and I barely narrowed it down to three. XD

My Ever Moment kit arrived. It is the reason I'm trying so hard to be good at square drills. It is also my Hypocrite Project because I am like 95% certain this image was AI Generated based on their catalog and I bought it anyway. T-T Not proud of that; just what it is.

Something I wish I figured out before I finished the other mini canvas and started this one: Using the smaller tip with squares makes placing INFINITELY easier. The larger tip of the purple pen I got from a round kit kept moving the squares around. XD;

So. I have discovered square drills are an entirely different beast than round. I did 12 rows with a multi-placer, went "this looks awful" and went hunting for a tutorial. The checkerboard thing does work better but I need a lot of practice. XD

Finished my second Diamond Painting! This is a gift from a couple years ago before I knew what diamond painting was. My friend thought I'd enjoy the craft and looks like she called it. XD Daisy is one of my favorite Disney girls, too. ❤️

Done! I love how pretty this diamond painting turned out. Now to seal it and I can hang it up. :D

I might actually finish this diamond painting kit today. I am in a zone. Also having a love hate relationship with this tray storage. I don't use the top insert and the slots are a tiny bit too thin for the stylus tip. But it does save a tone of time switching colors. XD

Progress is being made. It looks so pretty already and I love how the drills (look at me watching Diamond Painting YouTube videos for voxab) feel when you run your fingers over them. Lol. Still very tedious but I am loving the results.

This square took me an hour. I enjoyed the diamond painting but it is definitely a time consuming craft. Also I am going to buy storage for all the gems bc the kit only gave me like 6 resealable bags for like 20 colors. >->;
